The odds of any particular athlete getting to the national championship are tough odds, once getting there and scoring points or garnering accolades are even more difficult. Former prep track and field athletes from Illinois have always had a strong showing in the NCAA Division 1 Championships. This year looks to be another solid series for a select group of men and women.
