Sierra Fletcher is Headed to The Ohio State University

The defending indoor 55mH and outdoor 300mH state champion Sierra Fletcher has announced her decision to attend The Ohio State University next fall!

Fletcher chose Ohio State because "it felt like home, they had the best opportunities for me major wise and track wise."

Fletcher had phenomenal track seasons in both indoor and outdoor last season totaling three NC #1 times, (100mH, 300mH, 55mH Indoor). Fletcher's 300mH personal best of 41.87 currently sits at NC #4 All Time and her 400mH time of 1:01.48 sits NC #9 All Time!

One of Fletcher's individual goals this indoor season is to break the state record for the 55mH and earn All-American status at New Balance Nationals. Fletcher's personal best of 7.93 is currently NC #8 All Time.

Fletcher ran both the 100mH and 400mH at last summer's USATF National Junior Olympics. She advanced to the finals in both events finishing 5th in the 100mH and 6th in the 400mH.

Fletcher has competed in 12 National Championship races over the course of her career. In almost all of the national meets she qualified for, she qualified and raced in multiple individual events!
