COLUMBIA, MO.  -- The Drake women's track and field program completed day one at the Tom Botts Invitational on Friday (April 2) despite the majority of the events being postponed until Saturday due to inclement weather.

Just two events were contested in the women's division. Senior Courtney Heinz (St. Paul, Minn.) was fourth in the women's 3,000 steeplechase in 11 minutes 57.93 seconds.
