The USA Junior Championships is open to U.S. citizens ages 14-19 (can not turn 20 in 2013), so includes most college freshmen (and a few sophomores) as well as high school athletes. The meet is the qualifier for the Pan American Junior Championships (includes all countries in the Western Hemisphere), Medellin, Columbia, August 23-25.
