Kerris Roberts of Waterloo East High School was voted Athlete of the Week after winning the 100M dash and 200M dash at the Girls A.D. Dickinson Indoor Relays on March 6th. This is the second year in row that she was the champion of both events at the UNI Dome. After claiming the victory in the 200M at the State meet last year, and a runner-up finish in the 100M, she will certainly be a favorite to defend her title this year and add another to her repertoire.
Roberts and the Waterloo East Trojans will be back in action on March 14th at at the MVC Indoor meet at the UNI Dome.
