Iowa State Last Chance Qualifier 2010

In the season's final weekend before NCAA Indoor Championships the University of Kentucky track and field team exploded with two automatic and four provisional qualifying marks as the Wildcats competed Saturday at three separate venues across the country.

Three members of the North Dakota State men's track and field team competed at the Last Chance Qualifier on Saturday, March 6.

AMES, Iowa – The Bradley women's track & field team capped its 2010 indoor season Saturday with three personal-best times in the 800-meter run and one season-best time in the 4x400-meter relay at the NCAA Qualifier hosted by Iowa State's Lied Recreation Center.

Alicia Rue and Samantha Sonnenberg both cleared 13-10 1/2 to finish first and second, respectively.

The DePaul track and field teams competed at both the Alex Wilson Invitational and the Iowa State NCAA Qualifier during this last-chance weekend, and finished the competitions with two new school records. Following Matthew Graham's record-setting 3,000m run yesterday, Mary Cate Quiett broke her own 800m record for the third time this season by nearly two seconds.

The No. 7 Red Raiders and No. 23 Lady Raiders will be sending a select few to the Iowa State and Washington Last Chance meets to try and qualify for the NCAA Indoor Championships.
