POLL: Vote on the MileSplit LA Girls' Performer of the Week!

ST. LOUIS' HANNAH BOULLION COMPETING AT THE '23  LHSAA CLASS 3A STATE OUTDOOR MEET

Here are this week's MileSplit LA Girls Performer of the Week finalists. Congratulations to all of the athletes for making the ballot. The poll will close on Saturday at 9pm. The winner will move on to compete for MileSplit LA Outdoor Athlete of the Year. 

Sadie Hamby (Benton) scored the most points in the girls division of the North DeSoto Relays. Hamby is the only thrower in Louisiana ranked in the Top 17 in all three throwing events. She finished second in the discus with a throw of 124-0 and won the javelin (119-3) and shot put (34-11).

Hannah Boullion (St. Louis) won the Barbe Buc Relays with a time of 55.50. Only time she has run faster is at last year's LHSAA Class 3A State Championship when she ran a PR of 55.03. 

Kezyriah Sykes (Airline) - Tied with Benton's Sadie Hamby for scoring the most points at the North DeSoto Relays. Sykes won the 100m (12.27) and the 200m (26.11). She also finished second to Huntington's Demetria Harris in the 100m hurdles (15.84).

Sya Bolden (Comeaux) - Coming into the weekend. Bolden had the fastest 1600m time of any female in Louisiana with a 5:18.19 at last week's Ram Relays. This week, she had two sixth place finishes at the competitive Oil City Relays. She competed in both the 1600m (5:31.72) and 800m (2:28.06). With her season best time in the 1600m, she is No. 6 in Louisiana and the No. 1 sophomore.  

Madison Bailey (Hahnville) won the 200m (25.67)  and 400m (56.39) led team to a decisive win. 

Kiristen Mcgirt (East Ascension) won the shot put (40-9) and discus (113-5) at the Zachary Track Invitational. 

Madalynn Salsman (Highland Baptist) - The senior broke three school records in two days. She broke the 800m and 1600m school records at the E.D. White Cardinal Relays. On Saturday, she traveled to North Louisiana where she ran a time of 11: at the LA 2 Mile Festival in Ruston.

Claire Charpentier (Newman) won three events at the Episcopal Knights Relays. Charpentier won the 100m (13.02), 400m (59.93), and the long jump (17-5.75).
