Trio Run Iowa All-Time Top 10 HS Mile Times
In the Mile run at the Midwest Distance Festival (Benedict University, Lisle, IL , June 8) Josh Evans (junior, Linn-Mar) finished third (4:10.79), Albert Meier (junior, Boone) fourth (4:14.25), and Chandler Austin (junior, Boone) sixth (4:15.87). Evans’ 4:09.34 puts him at #1 ahead of the 4:10.14 run by Dowling Catholic’s Jason Thomas at the State 4A Meet just a month earlier.
