Ryan Schweizer, Josh Evans, and Thomas Pollard all broke 4:10 over the last decade for 1600 meters in Iowa. The Dowling Catholic great Schweizer ran two sub 4:10 miles during the 2016 post-season with a 4:07 performance at the Festival of Miles and 4:05 personal best effort at the adidas Dream Mile.
