Stephanie Jenks of Linn Mar was one of the all-time greats for Iowa high school track and as she ended up representing the United States in the 2014 World Junior Championships at the 3K distance. Her high school best of 9:24 ranks as the state's top time of the decade by a margin of 11 seconds.
