Projecting results at the State Meet
MileSplit software enables you to project the individual and team results of meets based on athletes’ prior best times in meets during the season.
To project the results of a boys/girls race in a specific division of the State XC Championships, go to - Stats > Virtual Meets > High School Girls/Boys > (under the League drop-down box, select Iowa 1A/2A/3A/4A Statewide).
The projected individual results will be presented first followed by the team results; not only for those qualified for State, but for all in the state.
When interpreting these projections, obviously take into account:
1. Only individuals top performances contained in meet results received and compiled by IOWATFXC.COM are included.
2. Performances attained on faster courses in good weather conditions are at an advantage.
The actual results, along with photos and video clips, will be posted on IOWATFXC.COM as soon as possible after the meet.
