Roxford Jefferson senior Remaxy Ponchol now knows where he will spend the next four years of his running career. Ashford University Head Cross Country & Assistant Track & Field Coach informed MileSplit Illinois of Ponchol's decision and is pleased to welcome the senior to the team. Ponchol owns personal best times of 10:07.30 in the 3200 and 15:54.30 in the three mile.
