Coach/Team Administrator -
Ø edit your team page (logo, colors, roster, alumni, coaches, schedule/results, about your team, photos, links, news/announcements)
Ø submit meet results directly to IOWATFXC.COM
Athlete/Parent - edit your athlete page (profile photo, class, nickname, athletic honors)
Coach/Team Administrator/Athlete/Parent/Fan -
Ø submit meet photos
Ø start/participate in discussions/forums
Ø comment on articles
Purpose for requiring an account:
The purpose for requiring an account is to protect the security of IOWATFXC.COM, our parent company MILESPLIT.COM, and you our users, from unauthorized or inappropriate access to our and your information. We first screen who will receive an account, and then will delete inappropriate information submitted and cancel accounts of holders who submit inappropriate information. Your account information will not be used for any other purpose.
How to register for an account:
Coach/Team Administrator - Go to Teams > (click on your team) > Claim Team > No account? Sign up for one now > (follow directions)
Athlete/Parent - Go to Teams > (click on your team) > (click on your name) > Is this you? > No account? Sign up for one now > (follow directions)
Fan - (attempt to submit meet photos, participate in a forum, or comment on an article) > No account? Sign up for one now > (follow directions)
Coach/Team Administrator –
Ø add/edit meets in the calendar, either go to Site Guide > How to Guides for IOWATFXC.COM > Editing Meet Information OR open http://ia.milesplit.com/pages/Editing_Meet_Informatiion .
Ø submit meet results, either go to Site Guide > How to Guides for IOWATFXC.COM > Submitting Meet Information OR open http://ia.milesplit.com/pages/Submitting_Meet_Results .
Coach/Administrator/Athlete/Parent –
Ø edit your team and/or athlete pages, either go to Site Guide > How to Guides for IOWATFXC.COM > Editing Team & Athlete Information OR open http://ia.milesplit.com/pages/Editing_Team-Athletes_Info .
Coach/Team Administrator/Athlete/Parent/Fan -
Ø submit meet photos, either go to Site Guide > How to Guides for IOWATFXC.COM > Putting Meet Photos on IOWATFXC.COM OR open http://ia.milesplit.com/pages/Putting_Meet_Photos_On_IOWATFXC.
Ø start/participate in discussions/forums, go to Discussions or Forum Posts > click on current topic that you want to respond to or New Topic.
